These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between you ("Customer" or "you") and AGLOW JEWELS ("Company," "we," or "us"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." This Agreement governs your use of our website and any transactions made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.   1. Product Information and Representation
  • We make every effort to accurately display the colors, sizes, and descriptions of our products on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately represent the products.
  • The images on our website may be enlarged or reduced for display purposes and may not reflect the actual size of the product. Please refer to the product details for accurate sizing information.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices listed on our website are in AED or in your country's currency and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment for purchases made on our website must be made through the provided payment methods. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
  • You are responsible for any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, that may apply to your order based on your location and the applicable laws.
  • Charges are always made in our store payment currency, which is AED.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
  • Any estimated delivery dates provided are only approximate and not guaranteed. We shall not be held responsible for any delays or damages resulting from the shipping carrier's actions.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We shall not be held liable for any loss or delay arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, if a mistake happens from our end and you receive a wrong item or size, or the item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately (within 24 hours) and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item upon inspection of item.
  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team by sending an email to aglow.jewels@gmail.com within 24 hours from receiving your order.
  • The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued within 2 to 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • If you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, the return and refund will not be issued.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.
