How long does an order take to arrive?
United Arab Emirates:
Standard delivery: 1 - 2 working days.
Shipping rate: 20 AED (Free for orders of 400 AED and above).
Shipping tracking provided with our delivery partner, Quipup.
*Public holidays may affect delivery times.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
You can view the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided in your email as soon as your order is fulfilled. If your order does not arrive on time, let us know at aglow.jewels@gmail.com and we will help locate it for you.
